Buddhu Bhutum: a Bengali Fairy Tale 

Performed by the young dancers of the Bangladesh Institute of Performing Arts (BIPA), Bhuddhu Bhutum transports us to the enchanted land of Bengali fairy tales with colorful costumes, and traditional music and dance.

Come watch the adventures of Buddhu and Bhutum, the owl and monkey princes, as they rescue the beautiful princess Shukh Pakhi, trapped in an underwater palace.

In celebration of the Bengali New Year 1419, the performance will also include a Dance of Joy and Festivity, by students from the Bengali Dance Class at PS 230.
